Charley

So. Many. Cute. Babies. I can’t stand it, street bandit!

This is Charley. She turns one this week.

And she liked me.

She wanted to hold my hand. And when a beautiful baby wants to hold your hand you feel all warm and squishy.

Because a baby doesn’t have to like you. She can just think you’re a weirdo if she wants.

But this baby was truly something else. Totally laid back and smiley. Charley was the perfect little subject. No fuss or muss, just did exactly what her momma asked her to.

That is probably the sweetest little bunny ever in the history of the world. I’m invited to shoot her birthday party this coming weekend. There’s a pink tutu and a lot of Mini Mouse ears involved. Squee does not begin to cover it!

Baby Shower!

Mmmm cupcakes.

And babies on the way! Well, just the one in this case. Aren’t they adorable? And both of them over the moon about their expected arrival.

This baby shower was so beautifully prepared for it was unbelievable. Every turn had something adorable and crafty.

Hot air balloons! What a perfect theme for a baby. It’s fun and hopefully and symbolic and unexpected.

Speaking of unexpected. It always surprises me when hands go to stomachs. I know there’s a baby in there moving around and that’s amazing. But in my head I think, that’s not your stomach! Hands off! This speaks volumes on my life outlook.

BABY!! This little muffin is Rhonda’s! Remember Rhonda? Well this is who was in there all that time!

Oh the happy! Not a peep out of this baby was made that was wasn’t a giggle.  She was just keeping up with a ll the big girls in the room. It was such a light and airy place, it matched the mood perfectly.

Lots of laughs and good friends surrounding the momma to be.

Beautiful. And perfect.

Heheheh. The whole afternoon was just perfection. Loved every second of it.

Izzy

This is Izzy.

Izzy is two.

When you ask Izzy what color something is, she always says pink.

When you ask Izzy what number something is, she always says pink.

When you ask Izzy to look at you, she never does.

When you want Izzy to look, you have to laugh a lot.

Which isn’t hard to do when there is a very vocal two year old spouting her knowledge all over the place.

Loaded down with smarts, this kid.

Her eyes are just amazing. Perfectly blue and clear.

And she so much personality it’s coming out of her ears.
