It’s a secret. Well, not so much a secret really. But if you want to have updates from Maintaining Sanity and Noms appear in your FaceBook news feed, scroll all the way down to the bottom of this page and click the “Like” bottom you will see on the left side of the footer.

This will be super handy for you if you are not an RSS subscriber and you check your FaceBook account daily. I’ve kinda established an update pattern here, but you night just find it easier to click a click from a page you already check all the time.

For the 31 of you already liking Maintaing Sanity, thank you with all of my wee heart and soul.  For the 600ish of you a show up here on a monthly basis, my brother in law had to up my bandwidth because of you. That’s so cool. It’s nice to know you are out there, laughing at my crazy and the ridiculous typos. Preesh, y’all.
